SyncBite provides software for restaurants to take orders, run the kitchen, manage tables and reservations, accept payments, and view analytics. We may update or improve features over time.

You are responsible for your account, your staff's access, and the accuracy of information you provide. Keep your credentials secure.

Paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract; you may cancel anytime. Payment processing fees are charged by your payment processor at their standard rates. Cash orders incur no processing fees.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to send unsolicited messages in violation of law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the platform.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
