  • Guest data: contact details a guest provides for delivery, tracking or loyalty.
  • Usage data: device, browser and interactions, used to improve the product.

How we use information

  • To provide ordering, payments, kitchen, reservations and analytics features.
  • To send order notifications and, with consent, marketing messages.
  • To secure the service, prevent fraud and comply with law.

Sharing

We share data with processors that power the service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors and messaging providers) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Restaurants control their own data and can export or request deletion. Guests can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights (e.g., under the CCPA/CPRA).
